The Challenge
Expand the Fuggler brand and its presence on YouTube and other social video platforms, with a bold digital series, aimed at the hard-to-reach kidult demo. We decided to skewer the world of dating shows with offbeat humour and creature chaos.
Our Approach
In Never Date a Fuggler, we dropped our ensemble cast of hopeless romantics into a series of blind dates… with Fugglers. The result? Cringe, confusion, and unhinged chemistry. Shot in a dating show confessional style, the series plays on reality TV tropes while pushing the absurdity dial all the way up.

Behind the Scenes
Never Date a Fuggler was filmed in a vegan Japanese restaurant local to our studio. It was the first series we made and gave us an opportunity to cast our brilliant ensemble actors who came back for more in subsequent series.
